Disability Spot introduce a series of podcasts focused on goal-setting tools for the disability sector. Developed by students from Western Sydney University, these podcasts aim to provide valuable insights and professional development opportunities for those working in the field.

Nicole Muc and Katendra Muchero introduce COSA, a valuable tool for occupational therapists working with children and young adolescents, offering a client-centered approach to goal setting and assessment. Its emphasis on MOHO theory and client-directed ratings makes it a versatile and effective tool for identifying priorities, promoting collaboration, and enhancing client engagement.


Disability SPOT is run by a dedicated group of volunteer speech pathologists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists with the aim of providing best practice professional development and networking opportunities for members.
