Disability Spot introduce a series of podcasts focused on goal-setting tools for the disability sector. Developed by students from Western Sydney University, these podcasts aim to provide valuable insights and professional development opportunities for those working in the field.
In this bonus podcast episode on Pictability, presented by Bronte with special guest Melo Kalemkeridis, they explore a unique visioning tool called Pictability and its purpose. Pictability is designed to empower parents, especially those with children with disabilities, to take an active role in goal-setting for their children. The tool aims to shift parents from a passive role to the forefront of decision-making, emphasizing their agency in the process.
